Practicing law since 1976 in Supreme Court, almost all High Courts in India and has also represented clients in USA and Singapore dealing with almost all facets of law more particularly Constitution, Contract and Corporate. He was Advocate on Record and Addl. Advocate General for the State of Rajasthan in Supreme Court of India for almost 14 years (1990-1999; 2004-2009). He was the chief architect of the Sports Acts enacted by the States of Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh and defended them successfully before the High Courts and Supreme Court which led to the change in Cricket scene in India by successful introduction of IPL.
He is the President of Law Consult, a single window law firm with its head office in New Delhi and is the President of Law Information Centre a NGO which launched the first legal web site in India on 16.11.1996. He was Secretary of Supreme Court Bar Association 1995-96 and Vice President of Supreme Court Advocate on Record Association 2000-02. He is the Director of SpotLaw Apps. Pvt. Ltd., India Center for Fast Arbitration, Disha Sports Initiative and Basketball International League and Trustee of Bharitya Japanese Heritage Foundation and World Organization of Law and Finance
Has written several articles and made several presentations and speeches all over India and around the globe particularly in First Hindu Conference in New Zealand (2007), Human Empowerment Convention, 2008, Chicago and 16th Commonwealth Law Conference, Hong Kong (2009). He has published a translation of ‘Shrimat Bhagwad Gita’, ‘Understanding Supreme Court Better -151 Facts you need to know’ and is Co-author of ‘Supreme Court on Arbitration Law’.
